HIPAA
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 is known by the abbreviation HIPAA. Compliance with HIPAA regulations is a good approach to gauge a healthcare BPO vendor’s skill and reliability in an outsourcing agreement.

Data Security:

HBMA takes morality and honesty very seriously.
